I discovered Laughter Yoga in 2008 and knew it was a path I wanted to pursue. I traveled to Switzerland in 2009 to study with Dr. Kataria. I continue to learn and to be inspired by what Laughter Yoga is teaching me, the possibilities for improving my health and for increasing the emotional and spiritual balance I am able to bring to each day. And I love sharing Laughter Yoga with others, to both witness and participate in the positive and powerful changes people are creating in their lives. |
